2 oz Bummer & Lazarus Gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 sprig marjoram
1/4 oz simple syrup
Quick muddle of the marjoram in a shaker tin. Add all to shaker. Double strain into collins glass fill with Ice top with soda and tonic.

1/2oz Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
Stir
Garnish with a lemon twist.

1/2oz Lilet Rouge
1/2oz heavy cream
1/2oz lemon, 2 blackberries
1/2oz smoked maple syrup
Shaken, pour over fresh ice and top with soda. Garnish with blackberry and lemon twist.

1/2oz Dolin Rouge
1/2oz Coffee Liquor
Vanilla Bitters
Shake and pour over ice. Garnish with fresh whipping cream and mint sprig.

1/2 tsp. Emperor Norton Absinthe
Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
